END OF LIFE TYRES (ELT) RECYCLING PLANTS
Technology Bongioanni Machinery for the treatment of PFU consists in a production cycle capable of processing waste tires. Thanks to volumetric reduction processes in different sizes of rubber and the selection of components contained in it, such as: canvas and metal.
The shredding equipment used allows to reach different sizes of rubber:
- Strip (100 mm x 100 mm)
- Wood chips (22 mm x 22 mm)
- Granule (0-3 mm x 3-5 mm)
The Bongioanni Macchine plant design allows to adhere to the most stringent standards in terms of safety, cleaning and noise of machinery, Bringing a benefit to the environment and minimizing production waste. We recommend the use of a stalling machine for the treatment of truck tires. This operation, useful to remove the steel contained in the shoulder of the rubber, reduces the wear of shredders and subsequent refiners.
The granules and powders produced can be used for various applications in the sectors: road, construction, playgrounds, football fields, garden products and much more.
